Payment and Shipping Policy

1. Payment methods

We accept: 

• PayPal
• Credit/debit cards
• Bank transfer (SEPA/international)

2. Payment terms

Default: 100% advance payment.
By agreement: 50/50 or Net 30 terms for business clients. 
Title to goods passes after full payment.

3. Handling and dispatch

In-stock items ship in 1–4 business days after payment. We will notify you of pre-order lead times.

4. Carriers

• DHL, UPS primary method of transportation. 
• Lithuanian Post (Lietuvos Paštas) for cost-effective shipping (for limited value shipments).
• We can also ship using your own courier account.

5. Shipping terms

• Default DAP (Delivered At Place) – we ship to your address, you handle import taxes and customs.
• EXW (Ex Works) – pickup from Vilnius.
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – we pre-pay duties/taxes if agreed.

6. Customs and duties

For non-EU deliveries, import taxes and handling fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

7. Tracking and insurance

All shipments are trackable. Risk passes to you upon delivery under DAP/DDP, or at pickup under EXW.

8. Delivery times

Typical delivery:

• DHL/UPS: 1-5 business days.
• Lithuanian post (international): 7-20 business days.

9. Damaged or lost parcels

If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, notify us immediately with photos. We will coordinate with the carrier for replacement or refund.
